1. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to all addresses within Australia.
  • International Shipping: We aren't currently offering international shipping. 

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods or sales events.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase and estimated delivery time once your order is processed.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer various shipping options, including standard and express delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.
  • International Shipping: We aren't currently offering international shipping. 

4. Delivery Timeframes

We mainly use Australia Post and they provide the below delivery messaging;

  • Domestic - Standard delivery (Parcel Post): Estimated delivery times for same state delivery is 2-4 business days, 3-6 business days for interstate. 
  • Domestic - Express delivery (Express Post): Estimated delivery times for same state delivery is 1-2 business days, 1-3 business days for interstate.
  • International Delivery: We aren't currently offering international delivery. 

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Shipping Issues

  • Delayed Shipments: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur. If your order is delayed, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking your shipment.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.

7. Delivery Address Changes

  • Address Updates: If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is in the shipping process.

8. Customs and Duties

  • International Orders: We aren't currently offering international ordering.
